Product Description
Polywater® F Lubricant is for pulling underground fiber optic cable and copper-pair cable, which require low tension pulling. The pourable liquid formula of this long-distance cable-pulling lubricant wets and clings to cables and evenly coats the jacket surface to greatly reduce friction on longer-distance pulls.
Use for all types of cable installations, including:
Outside plant cable pulls
Underground cable installation
Lightweight cable, long-haul installation
- Can be poured into innerducts and feeder tubes
- Evenly coats cable jackets, while lubricating at all points of a long cable run
- Avoid weakened or cracked cable jackets
- Polywater F Meets Telcordia GR-356-CORE; Generic Requirements for Optical Cable Innerduct, Associated Conduit, and Accessories. No stress cracking on polyethylene and polycarbonate.
- Polywater F communication cable pulling lubricant has no flash point and dried residue is not combustible.
- Temperature use range: 20°F to 140°F
