Product Description

Leviton compact surface-mount boxes accept QuickPort snap-in connectors. The box supports voice/data applications in office, retrofit, or other surface-mount environments. It includes an ID window, mounting screws, and adhesive, and is available in four colors: white, ivory, grey, and black.

One and two-port housings comply with UL 2043 and rated for use in air handling spaces (plenum) per NEC 300-22(b)(c).
The 4-port box has mounting holes that are compatible with NEMA electrical boxes, covering the wall opening when mounted to single- gang NEMA boxes
Compatible with all Leviton QuickPort modules and other keystone style connectors
Bottom, side, or rear cable entry options
Constructed of High-impact, fire-retardant plastic rated UL 94V-0
Designation label provided for identification purposes
Includes two self-tapping screws and pressure-sensitive adhesive
